Hi, we are Underwood

We are changing craft beer drinking habits in Kyiv and entire Ukraine, switching people from regular mass market lagers to artisan product from a small local brewery. Although we produce lagers as well, we respect any beer style and believe all the beers have a right to exist.

Our beers are made with love to our city, its locals and visitors. We try to make big city vibes speak through our beers, their taste and design. And making various uncommon for Ukraine styles of beer we give our loyal drinkers an opportunity to discover new tastes.

The Brewery

The brewery was started in 2017 by three beer enthusiast – software developer, lawyer and restaurant cook. We loved foreign craft beers and wanted our city Kyiv to find its way into craft beer world. The team grew, and the members were carefully selected – passion for craft beer an belonging to this craft family were a must.

In 2020 Underwood Brewery launched a new brew house, much bigger than the previous one. Brewery capacity now is about 2000 hectolitres per year. Potential capacity is 10 times bigger.
